Warrior Hockey will replace any defective composite sticks or shafts, for 30 days after purchase date.

• The stick is accompanied by receipt (original proof of purchase. No photocopies or hand written receipts will be accepted)
• The stick broke during normal use as a result of manufacturer’s defect.
• The Warrior shaft was used with a Warrior blade
• The stick was not exposed to an open flame
• Shaft shows no signs of being overheated from an outside source
• Stick was not damaged by contact with a skate, stick, boards, goals, bench, players etc.
• Stick was not a factory second, or purchased used.
• Replacement blades are not covered under our policy

Warranty restrictions will be determined completely by Warrior Hockey.

The Warrior Starskie, Mac Daddy, Dolomite, and Royale one piece sticks are covered under our 30 day limited warranty, as well as the AK 27, and Dolomite 2 shafts. Replacement blades are NOT covered under the Warrior Warranty Policy.

All products are replaced one time and one time only. If Warrior Hockey no longer has the style of your original purchase we will replace it with one of equal value. There are no upgrades to any returns.

* ALL CANADIAN RETURNS MUST BE MADE THROUGH THE RETAILER / SPORTING GOODS DEALER WHERE YOU ORIGINALLY PURCHASED THE STICK / SHAFT.

Please follow these steps before you return the stick to the store:

• Make sure you have the original proof of purchase.
• Make sure you have the following stick details available:
• Flex (100…85...etc)
• Grip or Non-grip
• Left or right handed
• Model of stick or shaft
• Warrior blade pattern
• Make sure you have the broken stick / shaft to return for replacement.

As soon as this information is collected please take the stick / shaft and all of your information, including your original proof of purchase back to the retail / sporting goods location where you originally purchased the item.

Please do NOT return sticks directly to Warrior Sports or New Balance Canada.
